They do exactly what they say

Ginger Routes look after your luggage so you don't have to. They take it from you on the first day of your walk (of the West Highland Way) and you don't see them again until the end of the trail but your luggage is always where you need it (at your next hotel) when you need it.

Not a bad thing to say

Not a bad thing to say. Totally painless service. Utterly reliable. Great to have a ride back to Glasgow on last day. Gregg even pointed out an error I’d made with my hotel bookings. Use ginger routes you won’t go wrong

Fantastic service

We used this company for a lift back into Milngavie to catch our train on our final day of the West Highland Way. They picked up our luggage from the guest house and then were waiting for us to finish the walk at the statue in Fort William. The communication on the day was great. Gregg informed us that the luggage was on board and gave an estimated time of his arrival at the pickup point.
The experience was hassle free and such a great way to get back to the train station.
As my walking partner was celebrating his 84th birthday Gregg stopped on the way to purchase a cake and candles. A really lovely and thoughtful touch.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Ginger routes are exceptional.

Ginger routes are exceptional.
Our bag was transferred along the West Highland Way over 5 days for us .
On the last day ,we had nowhere for the bags to be delivered at the end of the walk. The driver suggested that he put our suitcase into a locker at Fort William railway station and text me the locker number and code .This was a great solution to our problem and worked well.
The driver was easily contacted by phone for any queries during the week.
Service above and beyond. I would 100percent recommend them to you .

Traveling from the US

We came from the U.S. to walk the West Highland Way and 2 days in I realized I needed to lighten my pack. I had no idea who to contact about this so I picked from a list of baggage transfer services online. Ginger Routes truly went above and beyond for us. We will happily use them again on our next trip. HIGHLY recommend!!!
