Bad experience overall

Bad experience overall. Trusted the brand, ordered online from the UK and received a faulty item - a pair of black jeans that stains everything! Complained about this and customer service emailed me days after giving unintelligible instructions. New contact ignoring me now. They don’t really care about your complaint and they don’t try to help at all. Wouldn’t buy anything from them again.

Slow

I made an order on december 26, and today on january 4 the order has not even been sent. In 8 days I have to pay the bill, and I have not even been able to try if the clothes fit me. Guess I'll have to email Gina Tricot and ask if they can fix it. But still, I'm disapointed. All my other orders from other shops came after two or three days, and that's the way I like it.

Jeans

Jeans
i love their jeans, however i feel like they should add a more variety of sizes such as petite, curvy, and tall. I myself am quite a petite person who really appreciates jeans that i do NOT have to roll/fold up by the cuffs every time i wear them. I strongly believe that if this were to be addd to the store, then more people would be able to benefit from these new options

I love their clothes, BUT...

I love their clothes, BUT....

The customer service is non-existent. This one time I made an order, and it never came. I'm always patient while waiting for orders (I guess that's because I order a lot from China and I'm used to waiting), so I waited a good two weeks. Suddenly GT emails me and notifies me that my order has returned to them and I would soon get my money back! I was like "... but I haven't returned it, I never got it in the first place! What happened??" "We don't know. Sorry." WHAT??? I tried to contact the company that delivered the package, but they didn't have and email address or phone number or anything, it was just stated on their website to contact the company that the order was made from.

At least I got my money back, but I rather would've wanted my order.

Oh and by the way, if the site is in my language (in this case in Finnish), I expect to get adequate service IN THAT LANGUAGE, if the site doesn't state otherwise (and it doesn't). None of the customer service people speak Finnish at all. I have no problem writing in English, for example, but they could say in somewhere in the site that hey, please only contact us in Swedish or English, instead of the customer getting answers that are CLEARLY run through Google Translate.

I'd say it goes smoothly if you don't have any issues, but if you do have issues, don't expect to get any help or service.

How can a big company like them be this bad!

I made an order and payed online with Klarna.
According to Klarna my payment went through but on the Gina Tricots site said it did not go through!

As I contacted them via email they only said I should contact Klarna because they can't see that an order has been made.
They were very short in their answer and not helpful at all. This is not how a customer service should handle their customers!

Really disappointed in this company.

Ginatricot is scam - do not order! Still waiting for my return money!

I am so disappointed in Ginatricot and the whole customer service of Ginatricot. I ordered some items online, which I didn't want to keep and sent all of the items back in the parcel I originally received from Ginatricot. After a while, I have seen that they only transferred part of the money back to me even though I didn't keep a thing. I immediately contacted Ginatricot customer service via email, and the only reply I got until today was that they didn't receive all items and thus only transfer xy €, a small part of the money which I have given them. I sent several mails again, saying this wasn't true, I packed all items in the parcel and wanted their support in how to solve this issue. I also contacted stores throughout Germany and called up the hotline in Denmark (headoffice) where they said I can only write an email. I then contacted the Area Sales Manager of Germany who was very nice but couldn't help either. Now I am sitting here without my return money which Ginatricot is keeping, and no one is getting back to me.

I will never order at Ginatricot again, the customer service is incredibly bad and it seems that Ginatricot is a scam! Just because they have made a mistake when unpacking or processing the items in their system.

I won't give up and keep writing emails, in the worst case getting a lawyer.
