I bought this plant online and I’m seriously impressed. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition — healthy, lush, and exactly as pictured. I placed it in my bathroom, and it instantly brightened up the space. It thrives in the humidity and adds such a calming, fresh vibe. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Recently I purchased from Gift Tree Nz. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! nothing arrived for a long long time and I tried multiple times to make contact with Gift Tree Nz through their email and phone numbers provided. ZERO contact. In end a different, damaged and used item of a very low quality arrived which was from Aliexpress and not the item I purchased. I've tried to get a refund for nearly 2 months now and he cant be trusted and will lie and talk riddles and refuses to do the right thing. Police report will be filed as well as contacting netsafe etc. you cant do this to people, SCAMMER!

Awesome guy, Helped me out heaps. There was a mistake on my item but I was given the item for free as well as a full refund , then he went above and beyond to get me the correct item fast and sent me a free gift for my kids which was so nice of him and he didn't have to do that and I really appreciate that. Thanks heap man and I will be shopping again in future and I recommend cheers

We ordered a voice activated dancing cactus for our grandsons 1st birthday and after being told it would take 7 -20 days to New Zealand it arrived in 6 days which was great, in time for his day on the 8th March 2025, but upon inspection it was poorly made and the bottom was torn, it came in a post bag unwrapped and voice playback could hardly be heard that you had to yell to get a response, which was terribly frightening for grandson. Seriously, babies that young aren't use to loud noises and shouting so the toy was a bad choice, on our part, but this company should have ensured it was made with consideration for these issues

Cannot get hold of them, they won't respond to my emails or phone calls about where my shoes are.

I've now seen that the reviews on their website are from the previous owners not relevant to this business at all. Do not buy from this business they sell aliexpress and temu products the products are not "made for them" what a joke.

GiftTree are a one-of-a-kind business! I purchased the swimming fish cat toys & my indoor cats just love them. But the amazing part was that GiftTree chose to refund my payment soon after out of goodwill, and this was around Xmas so it was so lovely to receive it. They’re striving to give back with their profits at a time when very few businesses are able to even get by in retail. Simply amazing. GiftTree is awesome 🤩

This is the most amazing company in the world GiftTree does not sell your data like competitors or Chinese apps. GiftTree is more expensive and donates its profits to their customers and GiftTree sells lots of quality products and we love what we do and help lots of people and single mothers.

Purchased two items in November 2024 and never received a shipping email, no product arrived and they refused to reply to any calls, txt or emails, finally got a reply In January saying they would refund and asking for an account number for refund which was provided immediately and then again no response until today when they have finally refunded my money.

Worst service ever and borderline theft. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely no contact. Tried calling and emailing multiple times. Still no response. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

I purchase a product on 9 January and made several attempts to follow up on the product that has never arrived!!!! I have rung their number and left a message.

They responded once saying it had been delivered but that is a lie as I was not given a tracking number etc, now I am being ghosted.

Despite repeated attempts to contact this company my goods haven’t arrived and my money hasn’t been refunded, i’m not sure that they actually exist?

I ‘ve been using a wireless earbuds bought from this site for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. Great sound quality, low battery life,and very comfortable. Shopping so fast,and the packaging was secure. Highly recommended site,definitely will come back to buy more.

Order arrived promptly, however, I bought a tissue box holder that no tissues in NZ fit and they refuse to refund me. They kept telling me it had been used, when it can't be used as no tissues fit it in. They accused me of comparing them to Temu, which I never did. The product is not fit for purpose and I even sent them their T's and C's and they still refused to refund me. They wouldn't answer my questions and then they abruptly told me "We can no longer assist you, and a refund is not possible. That’s it. Regardless, thank you for your email"! NEVER ever buy off these people!
