You’re recipient will eventually get the gift card but they’ll have to wait for processing until they can use it.
My advice is to just give the person a Visa Card instead. No wait, no hassles, and they can use it same day if they like.
If it takes GiftRocket seconds to take our money, why should we have to wait to use their service.
Move on nothing to see here.

Had a bad experience. When trying to redeem a $75 gift by selecting a gift card, the site would not scroll past the first page of what they said should be 63 different options. I mistakenly touched one of the visible selections and it automatically applied my gift to purchase that card. It was definitely not a product I wanted, so I immediately emailed Customer Service. The response was, "Unfortunately, we cannot change a redemption option once the gift card has been sent out." I was hoping to send back the gift card that their poorly designed redemption site made me purchase, but no luck. So I've wasted the $75 gift that was supposed to bring me joy! Would NOT recommend or use Gift Rocket!!

I recently received a gift from a co-worker via GiftRocket. I had no prior experience with their service. I found it very easy to use. When I had a question about the redemption process, I sent an email and received a very quick and helpful response.

Update: After redeeming my gift, I received an email from GiftRocket, asking me to leave a review. In exchange for doing so, I was told I would receive a $10 gift from GiftRocket. My experience had been good to date, so I left the above review (with 5 stars). When I clicked the link to redeem the $10 gift, the GiftRocket landing page was not valid and could not be found. I emailed the company and received a response that they would fix the problem.

After more than two weeks, with multiple emails and promises to fix the problem, it has not been fixed. I am changing my review to 1 star, not because I didn't receive the $10 gift, but because this company didn't do what they said they would do, and when I gave them many opportunities to fix it, they didn't or couldn't.

I had never heard of GiftRocket but found it online searching for a specific card for a friend who likes to shop at Rainbow Grocery. It was a great way to give a friend a gift card hassle-free - and instantaneously almost! My friend thought it was cool, too. I will definitely use GiftRocket again.

I received a gift from a coworker using giftrocket. It was amazing because you got to choose a gift card or transfer straight into your bank account if they didn't have the gift card you were looking for. I will definitely be using this in the future for gift giving.

My experience with GiftRocket has been wonderful.. The website is user friendly. They offer a variety of stores/restaurants to chose from. Also, not having to stand in line to purchase the gift card is a plus as well. The person that you are buying the gift card for can pick the store that they like. It's a win-win!!

My friend watched my dog for a week while I went out of town. She never asks me for anything in return so I thought buying her and her husband dinner at their favorite restaurant was a good idea. I printed out a $75.00 gift through Gift Rocket and she deposited into her bank. She was beyond thrilled. It was so easy to do and saved me a lot of time. Thank you for making life easier.

I received a gift card as a gift through GiftRocket. When I tried to access the gift card, I got an error message on their website saying it couldn't display my gift card but that the gift card was emailed to me.

I waited about 10 minutes but no email from them. I then sent an email to their help desk to let them know the situation and included a screenshot of the error message. Over 24 hours later, I get an email from GiftRocket (not in response to my email message) saying that the sender canceled the gift card. I spoke to the sender who had no idea what they were talking about and said he definitely did NOT cancel the gift card. I then received 2 more emails about an hour apart again saying the sender canceled the gift card.

The sender never canceled the order.

After all this, I did a quick search and found countless negative reviews about this company scamming people - either by never delivering the gift card or delivering gifts cards that don't work.

Stay away from this company if you don't want to be scammed!

I bought a $150.00 gift card from gift rocket. I never received my card or refund. It was on August 3,2022.

GiftRocket gives you a multitude of ways to use a gift and makes it very easy for the user to quickly select the right option.

Cancelled a gift certificate 3 days after it was gifted. Business cannot provide any description around why it was cancelled. scam alert.

Such a great experience! Our friend gifted us with a gift card and recommended a favorite restaurant of hers. We chose the restaurant she recommended instead of another one. Super easy to use. It makes gift card giving thoughtful.

absolute scam. pretty much same thing happened as all others are saying. call where they took your money from and report it as fraud to get your money back.

Gift rocket was easy to use. We needed to do some shifting due to schedules and Gift Rocket could not have been easier and more accommodating.
