If you see an offer of a gift card from Gift Cloud don't bother ordering anything as this company will never send out your reward and the only reply to emails you will get is an automated response saying they are receiving a lot of email surprise surprise. I have sent multiple emails and filled in numerous online claim forms over months and months but never once received a human response. Worst company EVER.

I purchased Vodafone Broadband in December 2025 and through this company was due to receive a £155 gift card after 120 days.
I contacted them on the 30th March and sent an email with a messaged being received advising that they had a two day reply estimate but in busier periods this could take longer.
I left it a couple of weeks to see if anything was communicated and sadly it wasn't and so sent another email, with nothing received in reply and tried contacting them through the website again also, and sadly still nothing received back other than another message saying that an average reply takes two days etc.
Overall this has been a very disappointing experience with the company, the two ticket numbers I have as reference are 642923 and 646542. Seeing the other reviews I sadly think this is a common experience.
Overall I'm very disappointed about this whole experience.
**UPDATE**
Since posting this review and receiving the response from Gift cloud i have received the gift card in full which was easy to use and straight forward to register.
I therefore wanted to update my initial review that once contact is made then it is an easy and pain free experience with giftcloud, however getting to this point was a long and difficult journey. Therefore I have increased the review to 3 stars.

Still waiting for an £80 Amazon voucher after a purchase from Carphone Warehouse. Tried to contact support, been nearly a whole month, still no response.
This direct mis-selling and false advertising is definitely a breach of consumer law.

I signed up to Vodafone Broadband in November 2025 and was promised a £130 gift card. I contacted them after the 120 day wait. I have raised tickets and sent emails, the only two advertised methods of contact, and have been ignored.
I can see I am not alone. This goes beyond incompetence, and can only be deliberate. At the least it is mis selling, but smells like fraud.
You have 1 day to contact me and rectify, after which I will escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service, who I hope open an investigation into how GiftCloud is being led.

Along with many others I signed up for Vodaphone Broadband in November 2025 via moneysavingexpert and was due to reciev a voucher within 120 days. It is now well past this date and my email follow ups have been ignored. Ticket number 644312. You shouldn't have to resort to shaming on a review site to get something you were promised from the outset. I'd suggest MSE give this company a wide berth in future.

Very Dissapointed, I’m fed up of sending tickets over email to redeem the £155.00 gift card as promised when I correctly took a broadband contract through the right process, more than 120 days have passed since installation and it’s stressing me out. It has been multiple attempts, and weeks since I’ve enquired. I’ve checked junk folders, the lot! Seems to be an issue for many, feels like a scam..

Emailed about my voucher from signing up to vodaphone broadband should have received a £135 voucher have submitted tickets had auto reply saying be in touch with 48 hours and all come back as solved but not a single response or solution from them!! The gift card never arrived and have emailed them on numerous occasions with an automated response informing me I would get a reply within 48 hours. No response has been forthcoming and would appear to be a bit of a scam.Ticket number 640309

I opened a TSB account offering £25 reward which Giftcloud verified as 19 December 2025.
After numerous emails with Giftcloud who say the matter has been resolved, to date 16 April 2026, no reward has been received. As requested I have checked my spam folder to no avail.

Signed up with Vodafone broadband and I would receive a £150 voucher from Giftcloud (120 days after signing).
This time passed and no gift voucher arrived. Filled in contact form on Giftcloud, they seemed to be very busy.
Giftcloud have now resolved this issue and I am happy with the result.

I will persist, contact Vodafone and potentially small claims court etc. Companies shouldn't be allowed to behave like this...
Update 16/04/2026 - Problem solved quickly and efficiently. I suspect there may be some bandwidth issues at the company hense the delay in replying. Anyway, gone from a 1 star to a 4 star.

I placed an online order for Vodafone broadband in October 2025, which clearly included a Giftcloud reward as part of the offer.
In accordance with the stated terms, I waited the required 120 days from my installation date, allowing additional time beyond this period. However, I did not receive any communication or email regarding the reward.
On the 19th of March, I submitted a formal support ticket (#639804) through Giftcloud’s Zendesk system. Having received no response, I followed up on the 12th of April. To date, I have not received any acknowledgement or update indicating that my request is being processed.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service from Giftcloud. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and for the agreed reward to be honoured. Failing this, I will proceed with a formal complaint to Vodafone and, if necessary, escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

As per their reply to this review, I can confirm they have followed up correctly and promptly.
The advice I would give your support team is to simply reply to tickets if you have a backlog, stating such instead of leaving people in the dark.
Updating to 2 stars from 1 star, as I shouldn't have had to resorted to this in the first place.

I have received vouchers successfully in the past. However, I did not receive my voucher after taking out an ID contract last year. I contacted Giftcloud in February and was informed on 4th March that I would receive my voucher but it has not been sent. All further contact has since been ignored :(
Update: in response to Giftcloud's reply, I checked my junk email many times and no voucher email was received. I did eventually get a follow-up on the ticket days later with giftcloud claiming the voucher had already been redeemed. However, the voucher had been sent again and went straight to my inbox and I was able to redeem it. We got there in the end but the service was poor and slow!

I signed up via MoneySavingExpert to receive a £50 amazon voucher for opening a FirstDirect account and the voucher was to be sent by GiftCloud. I opened a bank account using the link sent by GiftCloud. Nearly two weeks ago I asked if I have qualified for the Amazon voucher and have emailed twice since and received no response, despite the fact they claim to respond in 48 hours. Very disappointing. I hope this issue can be resolved.
Update- I have received a swift response now which is good and despite initially only receiving £25 in Amazon vouchers I have now received £50 so problem resolved so have uprated the stars on my review.

It’s been 106 days since my tsb sign up and despite an email from giftcloud stating they’re very busy and try to respond within 48 hrs, I am still waiting for my £25 Amazon voucher. I have been more than patient but I’m at my wits end now. I followed the sign up to the letter so have no idea why I’m being kept waiting.

Missing £25 Gift Card – Homeserve Boiler & Central Heating Cover
I am writing regarding a missing £25 Amazon gift card. As part of the referral offer, my Mum was also entitled to a £25 gift card.
The gift card for my Mum was meant to be issued within 90 days. When 100 days passed with no vouchers received, I contacted Gift Cloud. They replied to say they were very busy and would get back to me, but since then I have had no further communication and have not received my Mums £25 gift card.
Could you please look into this and confirm when the £25 gift card will be issued?
