You will register 5 times and they will give you a confirmation that you have placed an order, and then they will ask you to register again. You will have to spend a whole day doing the same thing and wait a week for the gift card you ordered, which they take 2 minutes to send to your email, and in the end you will not receive it. Very miserable and unprofessional!

You cancelled multiple of our orders. I could not get help from you. I called our bank and it is not a bank issue. We are taking our business elsewhere.

I ENTERED THE INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY GIFT CARD AND I FOUND USING THE AI CHAT WAS AN EASY WAY TO HANDLE THAT PROBLEM
I THINK ONE WAY TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS IS TO HELP THEM UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THE AI CHAT BY PUTTING IN SOME SIMPLE EXTRACTIONS THAT SAYS USE THE AI CHAT AND BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM

Very EASY ordering process. Several other sites were complicated& kept rejecting my GOOD card. Nice selection& reasonable fees. So far I have not heard from the recipient so I need to see how that goes.

This was user friendly and didn’t take long to execute, even for a senior. I love the ability to personalize the card. I will use it again and recommend to others.

They say that these go out within 15 minutes to 4 hours. I completed my order by 1:40 pm PST and it is now the next day at 10:10 am and no one has received them. They have checked their spam etc. I don't understand what happened - but not one of the 10 people has them!

The eGift was sent right away and received right away. I liked that

This is a convenient way to send gift cards but the process can be very difficult sometimes.
