After looking into the matter, I can confirm that fraudulent activity almost always involves digital gift cards, which are typically redeemed straightaway. I’ve traced the orders linked to your case and attempted to devalue the gift cards, but unfortunately they were already spent. Because of this, the orders can’t be cancelled and the payments can’t be refunded.
The best next step is to contact your bank without delay so they can block your card and guide you further. I also strongly recommend filing a report with Report Fraud at https://www.reportfraud.police.uk/.

Too much of a faff
Received a travel gift card as a present. In order to redeem it you have to buy another gift card with it and then redeem that which is a faff. Also you then have to pay an extra £1.75 to buy the 2nd giftcard which can't be taken off your total. You have to pay by googlepay or credit card. You cannot pay it by debit card. Got there in the end but its a lot of messing about.

I do not buy any gift cards. This was an absolute scam. This has been reported to my bank. This also has been reported to the police and it also has been reported to yourselves. I request a full refund. I do not buy gift cards of £350 X 3 times in the space of a few seconds and then the gift card has been spent immediately I have been scammed completely and I’m very upset at the moment. Customer service was fab!
Initially the voucher didn’t go through, but this was my fault as I’d entered the email address incorrectly. I contacted the help line and they sorted it in no time. I was concerned that as this was my mistake I may have lost the money but I need not worry, the staff were lovely and soon sorted it out.
