Worst experience ever it's a SCAM!!!!
In the process of ordering laptop cases with our logo they sent us an image sample for review, the logo was not in the correct color and not centered as we asked for, so we asked them to create a new test image for us to review. After several days of waiting and not returning my emails we decided not to order from them.
So I write them an cancellation email, then they get back to us the same day (now suddenly it was a hurry) and tell us that we have to pay for the order, because they already sent the cases for printing.
We did not get a new review to approve, so there was no ok from our side to send anything anywhere.
Then a few days later we recieve an email with a new test image for us to review(the one we should get at first place) and the day after we got the invoice to pay, which already was described as a reminder
This i not okay!!!
Also when trying to explain all this to them, they don't care at all.
I really hope that they review their ordering process and make sure not to send anything for printing until the customer approves the design.
