Excellent customer service offering a solution to a problem

I requested larger print pictures for map puzzles as the words are hard to read. I got an immediate response offering to send me enlarged pictures for any specific puzzles and a promise to pass my comments on to their product development team.
Very impressive response and not the first time I have been impressed by their customer service.

Loads of choices

Loads of choices. I ordered some older ones that I hadn’t done from the Sale and a newer one All were thoroughly enjoyable to do and arrived quickly in good condition and usual reliable quality. I have done 560 jigsaws to date and a good many of them from Gibsons :)

Customer service

After misreading the email when I renewed my subscription I felt Gibson wasn't at all helpful or considerate .
Wouldn't swap the duplicate puzzle for a different one.
Couldn't send a copy of the email that was sent to me
Wouldn't pay for postage to send puzzle back
The communication to Gibson was good however I feel the response was disappointing
