This company is truly appalling

This company is truly appalling. We have been waiting for over six months for a repair to our automatic car park gates. During this period they have sent out numerous people, on endless occasions, who have no knowledge or expertise in this area. They come along, scratch their heads (and other body parts!)
Then leave saying that they have fixed things, and then scarper!
This is because they employ sub contractors, who have not been trained and have zero specialised knowledge.
Their organisation is a shambles, and their customer service is a disgrace, So I would advise people to avoid this company like the plague!
Don’t be fooled by their glossy website and worthless testimonials.

I had an awful experience

I had an awful experience dealing with this company. I bought their celestial windows actuators. On their website they promise support with installation. I've been chasing them for weeks trying to get contacts of experienced electricians who can do it. Still didn't get any. Have no idea how I'm going to install them...
