I purchased 1 dress. It didn’t fit and it was not at all the quality that was pictured. Asked for a return label, and they offered me a $25 refund on a $60 purchase. Said I could keep the dress. Cheap material. It took a long time to get. Saw that it came directly from China not USA as advertised. Something needs to be done about these kinds of businesses. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered dresses for an upcoming wedding and I am very happy with my options.

The worst company! They refuse to answer my email when attempting to return an item. Furthermore, they review all their reviews on their website and only allow the positive ones to be online.

The only issue I have is it Ames too long for delivery. I have another order to come in and it’s been over 3 weeks. I know I order quite a bit but I would like to have the sweaters because it’s getting cold.

I love the quality and style and delivery time was good too.

I ordered a swimsuit and a dress. The material was very thin and cheap looking. The swim suit top was way too small even though I ordered my usual size. Customer service is email only and not easy to deal with. there are NO returns. On $100 order, I was offered $21 and I keep the items which I won't wear. When I asked about returning the swimsuit, they said they would send me a bigger size if I paid $25 shipping. I took the $21 refund and told them I would not order from them again. Their response was "OK". I commented on their fb page and they blocked me. I donated the clothes to a charity, lesson learned.

Quality is nice but size runs a bit small. I order medium & I usually wear a small 8-10. I want to return one item. How do I return for a refund? Please let me know. Thank you.

All of the items were good quality and fit according to size charts. I did have to wait quite a while for my order. When I contacted customer support, I was told they were waiting on one out-of-stock item before shipping, as they would only make one shipment. After waiting several more weeks, I contacted them and cancelled the one item they were waiting on. I was quickly refunded a partial payment and received the rest of the order promptly. Customer support was very responsive. I am very satisfied with the process and will order again. I wish I would have known one item was really out of stock when ordering. This would have made for faster shipping.

Love my shirts however it took a long time to get them

Received top last week. I like the peace orange top but it was described as a sweatshirt. It is not a sweatshirt but a light weight woven knit top.

Beautiful clothes, nice fabric, well made, great prices and I highly recommend them. A++

They do not adhere to the return policy! I have received 4 emails offering me very little money for what I paid for the item that does not fit. I am so annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered three items ($99) in my correct size. After waiting quite awhile to receive the package, the fit on all three was terrible and the quality of the material was subpar. I contacted the company and requesting a return authorization number. I received three different refund offers---$18, $30, and finally $40 to keep the items because they would have to be shipped back to Dubai and---"it wasn't worth it"--their words. I did get a $40 refund and I am going to try and alter the items to make them wearable but I will certainly avoid this company in the future and hope others will as well. Their clothing looks super cute in the pictures but the pictures and the reality aren't even close.

The dress arrived in a week's time, prompt service. However the dress was a bit baggy and didn't look as tailored as it appears in the photo. I ordered my correct size. The lightweight jacket/coat did not look like the photo either. I will keep the dress and jacket/coat but have to take them for alterations which will cost money. Suggest making photos of the items larger and showing front, back and sides for clear evaluation of the products.

Easy to navigate site. Clothes upon arrival were nice material and looked as they were advertised.
