Get Set Clean were incredibly brilliant from start to finish. To begin with they were very accommodating with our multiple requests as we needed someone to help clean and provide linen between multiple guests. They set up a whatsapp chat and were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Then on the day of the first clean we were there and Laura arrived exactly at the time she said they would and she worked tirelessly with a wonderful attitude to make our house look better than I had ever seen it before. It was exactly what we needed and I couldn't recommend them (and Laura) more. They also take before and after photos, so if you are not around you are kept up to date with progress.

I used Get Set Clean in between two sets of Airbnb guests staying, while I was abroad. Everything was so smooth - their communication was just excellent throughout (and messaged me on WhatsApp so it was really instant!) and I felt in really safe hands with them. They listened carefully to my instructions, and even sent before and after photos! My cleaner was Narcisa and she cleaned so wonderfully, and everything looked brilliant at the end, I would definitely book her again! Thanks team, and Narcisa, I will definitely be in touch again soon for my next clean!

I’m a uni student with dogs that shed like crazy and honestly I can’t keep up. Get Set Clean saved me. The lady who came was so nice and didn’t mind the dogs jumping around. She got all the fur out of the carpets and even cleaned behind the sofa which I never do 😅 My place actually smells clean now. Worth every penny.

Great company, very professional via email and telephone.
My cleaner Irina arrived on time and we made a quick plan for the two bedroom flat. I supplied the products and she also gave me advice for some products to use and maintain the flat.
after completing a room/bathroom Irina would aske me to inspect and make sure I was happy,
I had booked for 3 hours but went to 4 as I wanted a good clean, she also made up a bed and helped replace the sofa covers that I had washed.
Irina was friendly and a very hard worker cleaning to a high standard.
I have already recommended to a couple of neighbors and look forward to my next treat clean.

Awful experience with regular 2-bedroom cleaning: wrong products used, toilet seat ruined, as well as bathroom natural stone, despite all appropriate products being provided and shown. Cleaners don't speak English, so impossible to communicate. Company denies responsibility. We'll have to initiate a legal action, as it will cost a lot of money to restore the bathroom stone they ruined in our rented flat.

Get Set Clean were able to provide a bridge before we secured a local cleaner. We had used them before in similar circumstances and they were great in getting someone in at a date and time suited to us. Their communication is really very good and the cleaner - Laura - was also amazing. Highly recommended!

I am in the midst of moving flats and Anna came to my new flat to clean it pre move. She was amazing and wonderful. Extremely thorough, and made my life so much easier during my move because I was then able to move into a very clean, sparkling new flat!!
