Poor battery life…
This has helped calm me occasionally but the problem is that the battery does not seem to hold a charge well. I went awhile without using it and then last night, when I couldn't sleep, I wanted to use it but it was completely dead even though I fully charged it after my last use.

Processing & shipping times were significantly delayed without communication. Customer service response time was also quite delayed, requiring more than one inquiry only to receive an answer that did not adequately address the concern. I was close to cancelling my order out of concern this was a fraudulent site. HOWEVER, I have my Sensate now & just used it for the first time tonight. I'm hoping this works as well as I've read. Just waiting for my subscription to be activated.

Just love my Sensate
Just love my Sensate. I have been using this device for 5 years and keep getting benefits from it. This is my way of unwinding and regaining enough energy to keep going as I have fibromyalgia and lots of chronic pain and I get pretty washed out at one point in the day. I definitely recommend this device

Very comfortable experience on my first time use. Super easy to set up and get started. I struggle with anxiety so I’m hopeful this will fulfill what is had been reported by others to accomplish. I will be using it upon waking, in the afternoon and when going to sleep.
