Very bad experience

Canceled order immediately after placing it but it was sent anyway weeks later. Also was charged $119.73 even though it was only supposed to be $49. Communication has been terrible I keep getting the same basic email several times a day saying you're working on fixing it and getting me my refund.

I have a 28 foot enclosed trailer

I have a 28 foot enclosed trailer. I bought it because we have no signal in the trailer and we use it for RC racing so we’re in the trailer a lot unfortunately I don’t get very much reception even with the product I bought from you. I want from one board to two bars.
