This is a scam

The device rarely connects to any internet, and when it does it's extremely slow. For the most part though, it just doesn't connect at all. I also got a battery extension pack, and the battery only lasts 4 hours... When I tried to return it since it's just not reliable enough to actually work for us, they said it can't be used at all. So you have 60 days to return, but can't actually test out the product in that timeframe. This all screams of a scam to me.

Terrible signal not fit for business usage offered 20% discount to continue with faulty service????????

It took ages to receive my machine. Then I got charged for 6 months upfront. I only used the service one time on a psychology video call for my business and the call dropped out. I couldn't risk using it again. To compensate me, I have been offered a 20% discount to reactivate the same faulty service?????
