Absolute cheats, paid the subscription, the payment went through twice!
I went through their instructions, did as they specified to the letter, but their website that I had to go onto, didn't work (dns didn't work)
I also tried their online chat help, which also did not work.
Asked for a refund , they refused. Obviously a scam.
Here's a copy of the emails:

I've accidently paid into your company twice, could you return one of my payments of 37.97?
