Every issue felt like starting over from zero. What should have been a smooth, professional experience turned into endless follow-ups and hollow excuses. The careless handling of problems left a lasting negative impression. It was not just one mistake — it was the consistent disregard and lack of transparency that made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing.
