Great customer service but some mistakes
DearPro has great customer service and great response time. The service has been mostly very accurate. There were 2 times in the last few months of sending multiple texts per week that they were either sent too early or not at all.

If there could be such thing as zero stars, I would have rated them with that. Our service, starting from the very beginning, was terrible. Our account manager, Hugo, has been very unhelpful and not prompt by any means. Our integration with our office software has been disgraceful. Our patients have been getting multiple confirmation calls at 2:45 in the AM, even AFTER we were assured the problem was fixed. We were never even told that phone calls would be made on our behalf, only text messages. Patients have not been receiving the text messages as promised either. We are losing patients left and right, even patients we've had for over 40 years. We would never recommend this company and their services to anyone.
Be aware of high pressure sales tactics
Got a call saying WebMD is doing a "pilot project" to expand into Canada and wants to profile my business. Someone would call me and there was "nothing they are selling". Got a call from "Alex" who claimed he is a director and not a sales agent on commission so no pressure on what he is offering. Went through a very long presentation for over 90 minutes and kept pushing for an approval of their system offering. On the outset the system is quite impressive and comprehensive and offers a great foundation to connecting with prospective clients and helping to get them to sign on to one's practice. The automation and AI component has great potential but needs a deeper dive to see what it will do on its own. The main turnoff is the extreme pressure the agent uses to secure an agreement, never taking no for an answer. Not even "let me think about it" is acceptable. He wants to close the deal...today! Furthermore, the pricing dropped to less than a quarter of what it started out as, which is a concern for those who buckle at the start and overpay, or maybe they can alter the algorithm for less productivity for those who pay less, not sure which is worse. I spent 25 minutes kindly asking him to end the call and I would return a message to him, but kept extending to the point that, reluctantly, I had to hang up on him. I don't like doing that as I would not like that done to me, but after 25 minutes of advising him that I needed more time to think about it, he would not let up. If a product is so good, it should sell itself, one should not have to "shove it down one's throat". The excessive pressure takes away from the value of the product/service itself. Hoping the company heads review the "cold call protocol" so as not to turn prospective customers off by being too pushy.

Deardoc is great and Martin even BETTER!
I like how Deardoc works, but what working with Martin has been even better experience. Every time we have an issue, even outside his responsibilities he always always manager to find a solution. He always explain calmly and respectfully and professionally, when things are good he find a way to make it better. Que are bad he fix it every time.
Having him as contact with Deardoc has been blessing.

I have been utilizing Dear Doc's platform and integration program for about 6 months. Each month, we have been seeing a steady flow of customer (patients) coming to our facility. Dear Doc has been a beneficial addition to our marketing platform.
Unprofessional customer service, useless and unreliable company
DearDoc is honestly a useless and unreliable company. I regretted working with this company because of its awful services and terrible customer service. Everything fell apart right after I spent money. The initial communication was very smooth and professional. However, the company’s representatives suddenly became unresponsive and incompetent, as if they’re not even trying to help their own clients and customers. Moreover, the customer service representatives are very unprofessional and rude, not to mention unhelpful. Stay away from DearDoc. Don’t waste your time and money in this company.
