One big advertisment. Nothing usefull

I'm just trying to get a chance at establishing credit, I work two jobs and I just need a chance to prove that I deserve credit and try to get build credit loan if I could , nobody ever gives me a chance, this my last try with you all , Scotty Hines

Im a business owner with limited time for meetings and calls. A meeting had been arranged for me to review CRM systems that I was looking to use for a very specific purpose (sms marketing).

After spending close to 20 minutes with the rep he had given me 2 options that he said were the best based on my specifications. He wanted me to meet with them immediately. After meeting with the first software provider I found out that they don't even offer the one thing that I was looking for it to do. Not a big deal but if I provided a very specific task I wanted to complete and was given recommendations based on that specification you would thing the software would be able to perform that specific task?

Big waste of my time and I would recommend doing your own research if you're looking for software. These guys either don't know what they are talking about or just want you to sign with a company they get kick-backs from.

I'm pretty sure they inflate reviews. If you compare reviews of companies on their sites, to other sites in the space, they always have the worst companies rated at 4.8 or 4.9 when they average 3.5 or worse.

It looks to be pay-to-play type site where garbage sites can look good by buying a good rating there.

I signed up on their website with Linked In. Then I left a review. Then the company I reviewed fixed the problem so i wanted to edit my review. Apparently even if you are logged in. you can't edit or delete your review. So I had to email them but they said I wasn't emailing from the right account. I was emailing from my LinkedIn email address since that is how they forced me to sign up. I told them that and they said "figure out what email address we are talking about" but they have ZERO help or assistance. I looked all over there site, no email is listed anywhere. It's like a wild goose chase. I proved it was my account and they know it is and are being extremely difficult. If you think you may ever want to retract or edit a review stay far away from them.

I just found out getapp and I love it. I have a small consultancy business and I was looking for a basic ISO quality management system. I could find what I need in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended.

If You ayer looking for something that helpe You out to find a data storage and project management software this IS a good choice. Simple to use. 100% recomended

They will ask you to provide your personal information to "verify" your review and then completely ghost you but they will always spam you with promotional emails.

DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I was willing to write reviews on GetApp and hence I was looking for one single thing on whole site to direct me towards "Write A Review" button. Unfortunately I never found such optiom anywhere, mailed the reviews compliance team and all they sent was a link to review softwares on "Capterra". I somehow managed to find a link to write a review and to my surprise although I was notified by my mail that I have written a review, there was no trace of any such review on my profile. There is no button to click so as to write a review, no way to add softwares that I use to my profile, the support team is pathetic and keeps you sending link to write reviews on Capterra instead. Their support team is so pathetic, they dont even bother to read the mail and are in a hurry to send a template which doesn't even answer the question you asked. This is the most confusing site. If anyone knows how to go about writing reviews from the site itself, please guide me because the support team can't.

UPDATE: I just mailed GetApp to get a link for writing reviews again and to my surprise they sent me a mail stating that I violated a guideline. And mind you this is even before I wrote a single review here. I got exact same mail from Capterra. It is an automated mail and had a note stating “Please note that this response will close this ticket. Any response will be sent to an unmanned mailbox and will not be responded to”

I'm losing hope up to now it's long I have been waiting for the service to get started, I will leave everything up to you, hopefully 🙏 one day it will happen

This company is great, they pay you to write legit reviews. I didn't know there were deadlines which caused me to lose out on the rest of the rewards.
