I had my Level 3 award in Safe Use of mechanical restraints course at the Regus - Hanover Square in London venue, on the 30 Aug. 2026.

Completed my 2 day door supervisor top up training, at The Park Hotel in Ilford.
Kass was the trainer over the 2 days, and I can only praise his knowledge & dedication to training the class, so they could have the best opportunity to pass.
Kass gave clear instructions of how the course was going to go, and I feel this was well received by the whole class.

IMI was an outstanding lecturer, he has no problem spoting where extra support is needed and will give the help needed to help you through in an honing fair way.
The course work was satisfactory and easy to understand, but............ for what we pay i feel the course is let down as there are no tea ,coffee refreshments, no snaks or lunch is provided, and at this location the parking is very expensive.
I have been on more complex courses over a shorter time that do provided much better value overall with more modern facilities. The lighting in the training room is poor.
I will choose an alternative training provider who can offer a more comfortable environment with the minimum of tea , coffee and lunch provided in future.

Taking in to account that I raised the same issues with you in my feedback to you 3 years ago. I do not believe that this will change which is why I will not be returning. You had plenty time to make these changes/improvements. The only difference this time around is i got a response because I have complained via a public/open platform "Trustpilot". Rather than just using your own feedback system. I would definitely recommend people take my advice and avoid Get licensed by choosing a training provider that will provide better value and a more comfortable experience.
