I placed an order on March 15th and as of March 29th, my order is still marked as “ready for shipment” with no actual dispatch or tracking update.
I already contacted customer service about 9 days ago and was told there was a high volume of orders and that it would be shipped within a few days. Unfortunately, there has been no progress since then.
This lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing, especially for a first-time customer. At this point, I would appreciate a clear update on when my order will actually be shipped, or information on how to proceed with a cancellation/refund.
I understand delays can happen, but keeping customers informed should be a basic standard.

I ordered my device over two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. There has been no communication from the company regarding delays—neither by email nor on their website. I contacted Geske customer service and was told there are delays, but no concrete information was provided. When I asked for an estimated shipping date, my message was ignored. This lack of transparency and communication is very concerning and makes me question the reliability of the company. Extremely disappointing.
Customer Service Could Be Better
I purchased two items from GESKE before Christmas, but unfortunately they never arrived due to delivery issues.
I contacted customer service to see if the situation could be resolved, either by resending the items at the same price I originally paid or offering another solution. However, I was only offered a refund and no option to repurchase the items at the original price.
I am a big fan of GESKE products and have always loved their quality, which makes this experience especially disappointing. While I appreciate receiving a refund, I was hoping for a more customer-focused solution. Overall, great products, but the customer service did not meet my expectations this time.
Never received the product
I placed an order 10 days ago and never received the product. I wrote to the customer service and got no answer... Hard to have a worst customer experience.

Value for money products
I bought the facial brush a while back and been using it almost everyday. Very good value for money compared to other beauty device brands out there. I got the anti-aging face lifter as well which is perfect when I feel puffy. Overall good experience with the brand and the products!
Amazing microneedle roller
The first GESKE product I started using was the Sonic Thermo Facial Brush & Face-Lifter and it was wonderful. Since then, I've bought many others, and the experience has always been amazing. The products are gentle and safe and I feel I look prettier now than when I was younger! I was hesitant about using the microneedle roller but it's not painful at all. And when you use it in the night, you can see noticeable smoothness and glow in the morning. I've never liked using makeup and GESKE's devices make it so much easier to look great without using too much makeup on your face.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. The website and app are all about buying more and more products, but when you have questions or problems, they are virtually unreachable. I purchased a tool and had issues with redness and irritation, but couldn't post comment, ask through the contact form, and didn't get any response through the app. The only thing that WORKS is the in-app purchases, nothing else. A tech company should have some interest in collecting customer experience on how people actually use the tech...
Absolute scam still not received my product…
Ordered a product back in February still not received it, on the 10th March I was told I would be refunded, I’m still waiting for the refund.

Don’t waste ur time or money!
Don’t waste ur time or money on the product. They can’t even bother to maintain the Facebook login so it doesn’t work. Email sign up is even worse.. it screws up after u go thru the whole process and put in the email OTP. Product is useless without the app as there are NO other ways to access the user guide or videos. Piece of shit product.
Device faulty - no refund offered
On the back of my last review .. I thought I would give the Aqua stream another go as the company said they do not offer refunds if device has been used . So I tried it on the lowest setting. I didn’t even get to give it a proper go , because the device kept cutting out . I made sure the device was fully charged and followed all the instructions very carefully . But my device is still faulty . I have contacted the company and so far I have been offered no refund . They have now gone very quiet on me . I would not purchase from this company again and I think you should stay well clear. Their customer service is appalling and they offer no refunds !!!
