What a great company I bought a gerber legend multi tool about 18 years ago and loved it using it for fishing DIY and gardening it's always on my belt. Unfortunately a part failed so I contacted Gerber UK who are asking a few questions and asked for a few pictures Sent out a replacement. Wow so the lifetime guarantee really is honored.

Worst customer service EVER!! Got a GDC money clip for an anniversary present, the clip broke after being short of 2 years old. Emailed customer support about warranty and was told to send pictures and receipt. Sent pics and told them I did not have receipt, because it was a gift. CRICKETS! Nothing! I have emailed them back 3 times and haven’t heard back from them since.
I bought a great knife
I bought a knife, read the reviews after and thought this was a scam. I got the knife a few days later and everything was perfect. No issues with this company but the reviews appear to be inconsistent with my experience.
They just don't respond
Another time I wished I'd looked at the reviews first. My order was mid December and it's still not been resolved. The responses to emails are a week delayed at best. There's no phone number, no online chat...
I'm stuck.
Edit - the day after posting this I magically got a refund after 20 days.
Gerber Tools/Two point Enterprises-one and same
Ordered 2 knives from two point enterprise; 1 engraved, 1 plain. The engraved one had my name spelled wrong. Called, explained problem to Lisa who said it was my fault for not checking my email. I was engaging with her when a "supervisor" with a snotty, supercilious attitude, who refused to listen to me and continually interrupted me told me in a loud voice, "Well you didn't check your email, you're stuck with it". What a rude, mean attitude. No customer service whatsoever and Lisa is in the background laughing. I will never do business with this company again and will advise all my acquaintances to do the same with two point enterprises and Gerber. When I told the 'old man with the loud mouth' this, he called me a troll. Good way to grow your business and influence people. During the supposed conversation he told me to shut up and to not interrupt him when he's talking. Is this the way to treat a customer. My last name is Bartlett. They engraved the knife: Bartlept. I spelled my last name 3 times in placing the order. My credit card company now has the complaint. When I told him about sending it for credit card review, he said go ahead, I sell millions of units and I win 99% of the time. Does this guy sound like someone you'd like to do business with???
No access to Gerber complaints
I tried to send the below to Gerber, but their site does not accept any messages and has no service to European customers - but gives a non-operating link to such service.
"I have had the Dime for - say - 6 years as a key ring. Used it about 15 times annually. It seems to surprisingly weak. The "stoppers" bend and the blades move to much. Today the knife did not tolerate cutting plastic tape. The blade is very sharp. - But can not use to tool - the Dime - any more. It is dangerous.
I am located in Europe. 'If you are a European Union citizen/resident and need assistance for Contact or Warranty, please use our International Customer Care Contact Page.' - There is no such page. I do not reach anybody. - In addison: 'We're currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." - I got a feeling, that I have to wait for long.

Ordered in february now it is may and i still dont have the tool.
Contact is very very slow if they do.

I placed an order the beginning of december and although I did receive an order confirmation, I have not heard anything beyond the confirmation. They do not answer their phone and refer you to a website that I am not sure is a valid site to even access. NEVER will I order from them again!

Had the worst experience ever!
Bought several goods from them. No sight of the package for several months. Corresponded with their “customer service department” numerous times. Finally, it seems to arrive by our local postal office - but as the address was wrongly written (by the sender) it was returned to sender.
Now the worst part: When Two Point Enterprises / Gerber-tools.com receives the package back, it’s damaged by their shipping company - why they only want to make a partial refund (of approx. 60%) of my legal claim (= the amount in full). I’ll repeat that: I’m only refunded approx. 60% for a package which I NEVER RECEIVED! If this isn’t a complete fraudulent scamming business, I don’t know what is.

Crooked embroidery
I ordered a multi tool with engraving on the knife and embroidery on the sheath. The website indicated that I would be sent to another screen to choose my fonts and colors. (I listed my messages in the special requests box for what I thought would be redundancy)
Once I paid, that was it. No choices page.
So I emailed right away..... crickets.
3 days later I receive an e-mail "your order has shipped" I e-mail again, WHAT? HOW? You don't know what I wanted! This time I get a response "oh well this is the first we've heard and its custom so no returns. Hope you like it."
Soooo, I get it and the knife looks good, but the embroidery is VERY CROOKED! I send a 3rd e-mail,
Sorry, they say, this is the best they could do... it's custom and will not be replaced.
Long story short, the "professionals" chose the font, size and color but couldn't make it straight and I'm stuck with an embarrassing birthday gift.
I wish I could post the photo here that I sent them.
In my opinion they are not worthy to represent the Gerber name and I told the parent company so.

I placed an order with this company and received no email confirmation or email of any kind. A week or so later, having received no notice of my order or of shipping, I emailed to request a cancellation. I was informed by a representative (who curtly insisted that they HAD sent me an order confirmation) that it was too late to cancel the order as "it has already shipped." Days later I received an email stating that the shipping label had just been created and the order was about to be shipped out – the rep had simply lied about the shipment.
I contacted them again and voiced my dissatisfaction, as they could have canceled my order as it had not even shipped (as the representative had falsely claimed). The same rep then rudely and dismissively gave me a vague spiel about how they can't cancel orders due to their shipping policies. She even flatly stated that it takes up to 11 days(!) to ship out orders. On what planet is this acceptable?
It's clear that this company is a drop-shipping operation – they do not keep much of their inventory on hand and ship it from elsewhere. This results in long shipping times, miscommunication, and poor service in general, as was displayed here. The rude customer "service" rep also informed me that if I wished to make a return, they have a 20% restocking fee. Not only is this wildly excessive, but I can tell you (having run an online business for years myself) that "restocking fees" are nonsense. It costs nothing to accept returns – it's a tactic to pressure customers into NOT making returns. "Restocking fees" are a practice you most often see with shady ebay sellers.
TL;DR: Four strikes: 1) It took almost two weeks for my initial order to even ship out (with no confirmation email). 2) Despite this, they curtly refused to cancel my order days before it shipped. 3) RUDE and dismissive customer service. 4) Extortive 20% "restocking fee." Take your money to a professional business who actually cares, there are plenty out there. This amateur hour company's service is abysmal on every level, all the way down. Avoid.
