PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Only giving 1* as 0* available.
I purchased 6 bottles of NMN+ costing £254 (It wasn't obvious on their site but they would later include customs duty of £79 upon arrival of the package) I didn't realise this at the time.
A person from the company rang me the next day (possibly sales person) after my purchase and explained to me that spending another £167 on supplements which he said would hugely improve the results of the first lots of supplements as they would enable supplement 1 to be much more effective. I paid it. (Later to find a customs charge of £55). He said there were delivery charges (approx £20) and although the two orders were placed on the same UK day that I would have to pay for 2 delivery charges (as this, was the Sunday - nothing would have been dispatched!)... and 2 handling charges of £8+ each. I got an email saying I owed £133 at customs for both boxes - from a person in Hong Kong!! Apparently that's were they ship from. After this I rang and asked for the sales person to ring me back and this is the worst part of this experience - he began polite and said I wasn't the first person from the UK to say this but he soon became agitated and told me to ring customer services in the States. I asked if they could ring me. He cut me off!! I know this because he had my number and didn't ring me back - nor did customer service - it's now 2 weeks later and nothing. Avoid this company as there are other companies in the UK producing this product and there will be many more over the next few months. I'm so disappointed - still waiting for a response after lots of emails, texts/ WhatsApps!!
I would happily upload my bank debits to show but I can't seem to do this here. DON'T BUY

The product is great giving me more energy, it took a few months to start feeling it. I wish the potency was a little higher but overall great product I'd recommend.
