I place an order on December 11, 2025. I have not received the product as of January 5, 2026 and have been unable to track the package or contact the company.

I ordered some winter-shoes on November 19th, and you confirmed my order on November 20th, telling me, that you already sent the shoes to me.
Today ist November 29th - and the shoes still haven't arrived. I'm not satisfied an pretty angry about the way you handle orders of new customers.

The product I bought has a very good quality. A better transparency of the delivery status would be more sufficient but over all, ok! Thanks!!

I have purchased the VIP access for Genialebooks but as said that I will received access to all the VIP books it didn't happened. Only few of the books mentioned under VIP are being provided for access. They have not providing any response to the issue I have raised in their website. So beware before making any payment as they don't give access to all their VIP books even after payment.

Made my order in april. Have not received it or heard from them. No phone #

ordered and paid for a frying pan off facebook, have never heard back and not received the goods. Unble to contact the provider (or should I say 'not' provider)
How are they able to continue to adertise and rip people off??

I ordered a T shirt for my birthday from this company off Facebook back in April 2020! I have yet to hear from them, receive my product or a refund.

***SCAM***I ordered the item from Facebook and it was not the items advertised. Product is not working and they asked to to send pictures, I did no response. They will not refund my money back or take their crapy product back.

They have taken my money and not supplied goods and I have no way of contacting them

Ordered products would weeks ago and have not received confirmation of order through email - I’ve obviously been scammed by this company yctech genialbau! Please do not order from this company!!!

I ordered some welding rods on 27th June and haven’t got anything and have no way to contact them.
It’s a real scam, I hope they get caught and put under the jail.
I will never order anything online anymore, this is the second time I got scammed on line ordering.
Is there any honest people in this world anymore?

SCAM, LEASON LEARNED, KARMA IS A BIT**, NEVER RECIEVED THE CAR CAMERAS I ORDERED

I ordered something from a company called ALIANDS in early June. now they say it was shipped in Califl. waiting for USPS everytime I email them I get the same email back over and over. The company that took my money was YC TECH GENIALBAU CO IT says that on my statement, have not got product or refund yet they will not respond to me.

Bad company I ordered 2 item total was 50$ and it never came this company is a SCAM no about it do not order anything from these ppl there no way to get your money back or any contact info don’t let them take you money!!

what I ordered does not fit any hose like it said.I can't find any information on how to send it back or a phone number to call sham on you we all get paid back for our wrong doing

I cant put a negative star or I would they stole my money but they will get theirs in the long run
