avoid GENERTEL like the plague!
Awful experience. Terrible terrible service, an embarrassment of a company. I was rear ended 15 days ago and still I have nothing to show for it from General, no compensation, no Engineer to inspect the car, no replacement car, no response, hours in a phone queue waiting to speak to customer service, who are rude and entirely unhelpful. The car is parked in a repair shop and they can't start working on it until Genertel sends and Engineer to determine if it is worth repairing or not. I will not be renewing with Genertel, avoid this company like the plague!
