Great!

Received my figure well packaged and in great condition, they were also kind enough to throw in some extras like Pokémon cards ,a lovely business and great first experience with them , will definitely return to them for future figures!!

Avoid, damaged items and poor customer service

Ordered 2 pop figures both came damaged. Took 4 emails and instagram to get a response to be told I would need to pay return postage. Still not resolved. Avoid at all costs, especially for funko’s as to be clear these were not damaged in transit, they were damaged before being sent out.

Hi,

Firstly the photo of the damaged product you provided was a scuffed corner in the top right of one box (this was minor wear most likely from being in-store) and marks on the plastic of the second, which you sadly did not provide a photo for (likely came from a removed price label). We did however happily accept your request to return in exchange for new ones (that would have hopefully be up to your standards).

Unfortunately as mentioned in our emails to you we are a small family business and can struggle to get through all our emails and admin duty during work days whilst running a physical shop. We absolutely do apologise for the inconvenience of a late email reply and hope to do better in future.

As per our terms and conditions, which you agree to with every purchase, customers are responsible for any returns. Unfortunately we are not a mega-conglomerate like Amazon and cannot offer free returns. This is still not resolved as you mentioned because you need to return items first before we may issue a full refund as you no longer wish for an exchange.

For perfect box collectors we suggest going to support your local Funko shops. This allows you to see in person your favourite collectibles and pick out the perfect box for your liking, not to mention it helps small businesses like us.

Best Geek Store Ever!

Really Interesting place to visit in Southend. Stumbbled upon it whilst visiting the town and honestly I was blown away by all the Geek Stuff, collectibles and all they had to offer in their store from all franchises Marvel, Star Wars etc. Especially their Carbonite Piece they had on show which was Incredible to see in person. 100% give this place a visit if you are in the Area and the people working there were super nice and friendly. 100% recommend!
