I recently purchased a Mini PC from Geekom. At the beginning, I made a mistake when purchasing some accessories for this device. However, the support team responded very quickly and handled the issue in a very professional and helpful way, resolving the problem completely.

So far, I am very satisfied with the device and my experience with the company. I also hope that if I encounter any issues in the future, I will continue to benefit from their fast and reliable customer support.

I had an old PC (Dell 790 i5 2400) which was not worth upgrading to Windows 11. I had read good reviews on Geekom including 3 years warranty. Prior to buying, I sent a query to Geekom and they responded straight away - good sign!

In April 2025, I bought GEEKOM A5 Mini PC con AMD Ryzen™ 7 5825U - R7-5825U 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD from Geekom Spain.

Absolutely delighted, home PC use (no games), browsing, some WP and spreadsheets, does it all superbly. Connection and setup simplicity. Fan.PC noise neligible. Even with loads of browser tabs open, PC handles it with no issues.

Customer satisfaction: 10/10

I had a quality topic with my mini pc air 11. The technical service gave me assistance and after two tries and check that the problem was not possible to solve by myself, Geekom decided to send me a new pc with even better techinical hardware than mine. Very happy about the support from Geekom.

This small computer is delightful, compact and extremely quick and capable. I simply cannot believe how well it performs.
