Great products, personal service
Ordered a pair of Salomon ski gloves for my girlfriend, however she decided to swap for a different colour. After explaining to Gear for Girls that we were going on holiday 2 days later, they immediately dispatched a new pair and emailed us a free post return label for the other pair. Very fast and friendly. Also the order came next day even on their standard delivery, and very well packaged. The type of company who actually care about their customers.

Winter running gear
I looked on GearforGrils for some winter running gear, but didn't want to spend a fortune. They had a great selection all reasonably priced. I Opted to for the free standard delivery and recieved my products the next day. Will definitely be back for more items

Not very impressed to be honest.
I wish the customer service was better as the products are great. The website is not that easy to navigate . There have been no replies to emails about product questions. I ordered something recently and it was out of stock this should have been clear on the website. I have been close on several occasions to unsubscribing I only have not done this because I want the site to be better!

I'm really quite shocked you didn't receive replies to technical questions. We usually clear all emails every day except at weekends. We did have a few issues with our email account in January and I'm wondering if something has gone wrong there. It does get hectic during sale time but we still make sure we get through our emails. We're migratng our email to a new client shortly which should solve similar issues.
I apologise for the stock error. We don't have many - less than 0.5% but these errors are more obvious during sale times. Running a physical store as well as the on-line business is an issue for us here but the store is an asset to the town of Wooler.
We're constantly working on the website and there's a new upgrade in progress. So please bear with us and thank you for your feedback.
