Visited this joint twice ,first time…

Visited this joint twice ,first time was lovely we enjoyed the services were a bit slow but the food was great.The second time was a disaster from when we first entered we chose a row next to the window however it was filthy, after asking the waitress to assist she bluntly said we should choose another table as it would take about 10 minutes to clean after insisted we wanting to sit there she had an attitude and start spraying their cleaning product with obvious attitude then we discover it was the end of her shift and she didn’t want to be bothered to clean it that made me loose my appetite. not good!
