I cannot believe the positive reviews are genuine!
Gateway have been unprofessional, not responding to communications & being demeaning & belittling to residents. They are charging far more than estimated & this rises annually. On a recent site visit, organised at short notice so few residents could attend, the head of customer services threatened to leave as she could not cope with the understandable outpouring of negativity by frustrated, angry residents, exhausted by the poor service from Gateway.
The problem is that this is an unregulated industry, so there is no accountability & fees are unrealistic & the service poor
