I had a very disappointing experience with GASP.
My order was processed incorrectly from the start: I received two black hoodies, but one of them was a completely different model than what I had ordered. I returned both items as instructed.
However, despite returning everything, Klarna still shows an outstanding balance for one of the hoodies. This amount has clearly been processed incorrectly. I strongly believe the issue started because the wrong item was sent to me in the first place.
What makes this even more frustrating is that GASP has not responded to my messages about this problem. I am now left with an incorrect Klarna charge for items that were never mine and were already returned.
Poor order handling, incorrect billing, and no customer support.
Edit:
Johanna from customer service claims that the package was only 1 kg and that this wouldn’t be possible for just one hoodie. The funny thing is, this is stated on the label that was already in the package for the return. I assume GASP cannot know in advance that you are only returning one hoodie? Strange. Really a terrible customer service.

So this ia the second time I have ordered, and the second time that my order has dissapeared. Takes ages to ship and when it does UPS seems to dissapear it pretty quickly.
I don't mind that things go wrong with delivery, but it is what comes next. On both occasions the GASP customer service is worse than imaginable. You would think Id have contacted them to say I'd given their dog a kicking. Because honestly, everything is way too much hassle "it was delivered on the 3rd!". Oh, was it GASP? Well that is news to me. Because it aint here and it aint where you said you left it. So they say they are going to look for it. More days pass and I just don't think I will my items for Christmas now. The previous time, it had taken weeks to arrive and I had ordered for a holiday. Their customer services directed me to collect the item at the UPS depot headquarters, arriving the afternoon before my holiday, I drove across the city, to find, in fact the depot was closed on that day, thanks again GASP Customer service. They do not care at all about their customers.

The site does not disclose that the merchandise is coming from Sweden. Everything is priced in USD implying it is US-based. The price of the shoes I bought was USD109. But on top of that at checkout they charged USD22 for shipping. And then the shipper charged another CAD72 (about USD50) for duties for a total of USD72 in “extras” or a total cost 66% higher than advertised. You can equally good weight training shoes from other vendors for about USD100. Caveat emptor!

I ordered 5 items from GASP. Three out of five (75%) arrived defective — ripped seams and poor quality that looked nothing like the pictures on their own website. I reported this immediately (within 40 minutes after pickup, with photo evidence), but instead of handling it as a legal complaint (reklamation/claim for defective goods), customer service (a person calling himself “Joshua”) kept insisting I should use the return policy. That is completely wrong: return ≠ complaint. Under EU and Swedish consumer law, defective products must be handled as a complaint and replaced/refunded free of charge.
Even worse:
• They falsely claimed the damaged clothes were “normal” when photos clearly prove otherwise.
• They stopped replying to my emails after I sent proof.
• Their “customer service” hides behind anonymous names and gives contradictory answers, very similar to scam behavior.
• Underwear was part of the order, which by their own rules cannot be returned — meaning I was left with no valid option at all.
This is extremely unprofessional and misleading business practice.
I have filed a complaint with my bank and will escalate to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) for how this has been handled.
⚠️ Warning to other customers: Do not trust GASP’s “support.” If you receive defective products, you risk being denied your consumer rights.

Their customer service was perfect and they even helped sort a discount so I could reorder them again at the same price I payed originally.

Amazing costumer service experience.
I had accidentally placed an order containing the wrong sizes, costumer service was quick to action. They refunded my order, guided me through the return process and overall a pleasent experience.

I had a good experience with this company I ordered a shirt on 01/25 got an immediate confirmation a few days later I got an email with tracking and it was delivered on 01/31 the shirt is exactly what I was looking for a soft cotton polyester blend with an athletic fit it was 19.99 and 2.99 shipping great price, I will order from them again

Order Number 943566. They said that if we ordered before 12PM that they would ship out the same day. It's been 3 weeks and no response through email lol. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Canceling the order now and literally never doing business with them again. I'll be sure to tell everyone in my bodybuilding community to steer clear from the deceptive advertising done by GASP.

Shocking customer service…they have all of the regular ways to contact them but there is no one on the other end. I ordered items from the main site that are fulfilled by Swedish fitness but I’m wishing I hadn’t bothered now. My items didn’t turn up as promised but UPS and Gasp couldn’t care less. I have still no idea where my stuff is. I was a new customer to gasp but I will never buy another thing now.

Clothes run very big. Took three business to start shipping. Your orders do not show on your online account. One of the worst return policies. Exchanges are not offered. You pay for shipping the item back on returns. I just want to exchange it. Honestly, a weird company in that regard. An online retailer should offer exchanges. We’ll see how long it takes to get my money back. Customer service took 3 days to set up return.
