I was a designer for a large women's manufacturer when I was much younger and moved on to financial futures.
I think the clothing from Garnet Hill is truly exceptional. The fabrics are great, fit well and come in great colors. I recommend their products wholeheartedly.

Love the linen sheets
I purchased an extra set of pillowcases for the linen sheet set I had just recently bought. The problem had nothing to do with the extra cases or the original sheet set, which is quite beautiful, only the 2-day shipping that wasn’t 2-day. GH did make it right and refunded the extra that was paid. Because the first purchase of the set and then the extra cases were so close I’m not sure which this request for a review was supposed be. Hopefully, this covers both

Good customer service
Helpfulness of customer service agent equal 4 star service. Pre-pandemic Garnet Hill was a 5 star experience, but has cut back on the hours that one can reach a customer service agent and it takes longer to process returns.
