Not sure why I paid $147.69 for a dress that said free exchanges and when I needed a smaller size, was only credited $131.24 and then charged $131.24 for the new one.
That is not an even exchange. Might as well have just returned it with the restock fee.

The rug, in sage, was as depicted online. Delivery was faster than expected. Very happy with purchase.

Package delivered as expected. The coat was, indeed, heavier than I thought, just as some reviewers said. I thought I’d like the shoulder pads but find they are a little bulky. I debated between the small and medium, and ordered the medium. As a pear shape, the coat fits a bit wide on top but closes around my hips.

I was very disappointed when I had to return an item for credit. The color was very unflattering. So much so, I didn’t even try it on. I received a credit but it showed an amount $25 less than the purchase price. That meant I received a credit for only 82% of my purchase. This seems an excessive cost to try out one item. I will think hard before purchasing online again. Since there isn’t a physical store nearby, it is likely they have lost a customer.

If you're going to invest in quality pillows, then get quality pillow covers to protect them. I really like the GH pillow protectors. I buy the gusset pair for our pillows, because they fit down pillows and foam pillows. They wash well with no shrinkage. The zipper is of good quality. The pillow case slips over the pillow protector/pillow easily. And most of all, they protect the underlying pillow.
