Warning do not buy from this company. Ordered 2 large compost bins only one arrived after weeks of waiting. Have emailed, rung left messages and no reply. £100 down!!

Very prompt delivery, & the sales team was quick to respond when I needed some accessories in order to have the Garantia water butt fitted. It has saved on my water bills and my azaleas say thank you, as they like rainwater. I would definitely recommend this company.

Rear roller broke and I can't find a spares supplier that has one. The company that imports them does not reply to any communication

I bought this hedge trimmer from a shop and can't really comment on the company, however the trimmer is a lot better than expected. It cuts two years of growth of my laurel hedge with ease, the battery seems to go on forever, brilliant quality and feels sturdy. By pulling your coat over your head and poking the trimmer through the head hole you can frighten small children into thinking you are a human sword fish, but remember to remove the battery first.

Just received my water butt.. Great! All good.. no any issues.

Product is beyond useless and Garden Tech customer service unresponsive- save your money and shop elsewhere.

They don't even deserve 1 star my rating would be -0 0rdered water butt wall mounted on 25th August never arrived taken my money but they don't have any customer service as they don't call back or email their customers. The business address is false they dont work from FlattermakerHouse, Sugarwell Business Park, Banbury as I phoned the Park Manager, they are not a tenant on the Park. Don't use them still out of pocket of £189.00 plus. Next stop to trading standards and police to report them for false trading and theft of my money.

I am an international buyer. My paid order wasn't handled for two days, then proof of id was requested (which I consider alright), after which I again received no response until I made contact again three days later. Then it took another two days to prepare the shipment. So the promised 1-2 days dispatch was prolonged to 7 days. Additionally no one answers the phone. I would've have appreciated more information during these days.

On the good side, price, items and packaging are excellent. Cost for shipments are reasonable. So in summary, I will be a returning customer.

I absolutely love this mower! I read loads of mower reviews before deciding on this one, it is easy to assemble the handle, a quality mower and very good service. I think the grass box should be re-designed though. But the mower itself is the best Ive had, replaced a top of the range el;ectric flymo as hated that one, but actually love mowing the lawn now with this mower- many thanks

We are very pleased with the service, they delivered next day as promised and called to confirm delivery. The mower turned out to be damaged in transit and they arranged for a replacement without quibble. Cannot recommend them enough.

The product arrived in less than 24 hours from order time. Delivery man
was probably the most helpful I have encountered particularly as the item
was heavy. Item (Fiskars StaySharp Max Reel Push Hand Cylinder Lawnmower) was in perfect condition and was assembled in less than 15 minutes. Best of all: best price around!
