Great value, quality and speedy delivery
Quick delivery and great value for money
I bought a cantilever parasol with the base included in the sale at a fraction of the cost of other websites.
The parasol and base were good quality and is adjustable to give plenty of shade.
Delivery was only two days after placing the order.

Customer Service not joined up
Not sure what to make of Gardenesque at the moment. I ordered two identical sets, one of which is badly damaged. The functional set is great, but I really need a resolution for the damaged one.
Customer service appears to be run by a third party, 'freshdesk.com', and don't appear to be all that capable of a quick response. They are currently only available by email, and the telephone line is unavailable.
At this point, I have ordered a new set, but need a refund and to organise pick up for the damaged set.
I contacted Customer Services by email and by answer machine message on Friday, as soon as the delivery came. They are closed for the weekend, but I then had to chase for a response on Monday afternoon. No response or update on Tuesday.
I'm hoping someone in Gardenesque might notice the issues with the Customer Service and find a way to contact me directly with a solution.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. We bought a garden furniture set which turned up faulty. When we organised collection they failed to give the collection driver our address.
We’ve sent numerous emails and not received a response and no-one within their customer service team picks up the phone and so we’re currently unable to return our fault product and get a refund.

really poor service from the delivery firm DX. Despite trying to contact them to explain where my property was, no communication back, no communication when they were delivering, ultimately it concluded to say they had delivered, when they had in fact sent the products back to Gardeneque. Lots of wasted time over 10 days trying to sort this out. Will not use this gain, awaiting the full refund back.

Bought the Claudius pot and am so impressed by it. Large, sturdy, great value and elegant. Also very impressed with the way it was packed for delivery using two boxes both with yards of scrunched brown paper to secure it. Great job!
