The post office ‘claimed’ thru had delivered but my Ring doorbell showed otherwise, the tram followed it up with the Royal Mail for me and it was delivered the next day.. After trying numerous companies without success to supply me with new garage door springs I came across this company,
I have to say they were first class,
I ordered what I thought were the correct springs unfortunately I got it wrong 😫
After a couple of photos the correct ones were supplied and a refund on the wrong ones was instant,

This was my first garage door repair and I was unsure if the parts that I had selected were the correct ones. I messaged this seller on a Sunday afternoon and received a response within hours asking for a photo of the part required. I uploaded 2 photos and got an immediate response. I placed the order on Monday morning and received the items on Tuesday. Can’t fault this seller 5 star service.

I broke key fob to my garage door and contacted Garage Door Parts for a replacement. They responded straight away, advised on correct replacement and received within two working days.
Offered email advice on set up of new unit which now works perfectly.

I was a bit stuck which set of springs to get for our garage. I emailed some pictures, got a very speedy reply. The communication and advice was absolutely superb. Very impressed.

Excellent service, from start to finish. The wires snapped on my 40 year old garage door. I know nothing about garage doors but was able to do the repair work myself thanks to them. They identified the correct replacement parts and tools, provided instructions and recommended additional work given the age of the door. Parts were received within days. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A very old up-and-over garage door had a spring break. I had no idea when it was installed or even the make. No problem; i sent the engineers at GDL some requested photos and the dimensions of the remaining spring, and they were able to identify the door, and then recommend a spring. I bought a pair, of course.
They didn't quite match the old spring (too strong) but with patient guidance from tech support, I was able to adjust the mounts/pivots and bingo; one working door that will outlast me, I reckon.

We have a NECO controller for our garage door and inherited two of the original plastic NECO remotes with it. One of them ceased to function correctly last year and 'Garage Door Parts' identified the correct replacement for this and supplied one then. It worked first time and was extremely simple to pair with the controller following their instructions. Their response to that original request was immediate and efficient. Needless to say when we required to replace the second remote we contacted them again and the response was once again immediate and accurate. The service from the team at GDL, have been first class, updated delivery time, technical support, the Neco garage Controller, was a replacement for my old somfy controller which had been playing up for a very long time, the Neco, gave us everything we needed at a FANTASTIC price, it also comes with 2 pre programmed controllers.

One of the best companies I have ever bought from. Bought 2 garage door springs which were the wrong ones.( my fault ). Ordered 2 new springs with the expert help from the staff and got reimbursed for the first ones. Nothing seems a problem for this company and very pleasant on the phone. Excellent.
