Excellent store with great support. Guys are very responsive and replies quickly via WhatsApp, which is quite rare. Prices are better than the market average.
I bought a Nanlite FC-120C, and it arrived faster than expected, perfectly packaged with no damage at all. Highly recommended!

After trying to buy a 2k € camera at "T-Dimension Ltd", who asked -and I refused to yield- my ID photo, ordered to them. Had the parcel undelivered (lost or stolen by CTT Express) so reordered to the same bussiness -Xmas time!- but got the parcel DELIVERED! by UPS. Everything is right! The 3rd try is the right try!

The ordering worked without issues. I missed the information about my article that it takes a few days before it is being send out. It was a fault on my side. After asking the customer support of Ganga Electronics, I got an immediate response that it will take some time as it is mentioned on the articles website-page. I received my package without any issues. All perfect.

Additionally, we understand that you mentioned not having the original packaging.
Regarding the return costs, it's important to note that returns due to withdrawal are not free on our website. As mentioned in our emails, if you prefer not to cover the return costs, you would need to arrange shipment to our address at your own expense through a courier service.

The delivery was fast but not good. The seller provided wrong name of a delivery company and no tracking ID. Then the delivery company didn't call my phone when making the delivery. I was not at home and they just left a paper notice in my door. Thus I had to pick up the package myself in their cargo terminal driving 40 km.
