Ordered, got a confirmation and was given a tracking number that was bogus and never updated. Attempts at getting a human to answer were fruitless, I got the same cookie-cutter response from all of their fake customer service. In the end I filed a dispute with my bank, STAY AWAY from these monkeys they'll just steal your money

Agree with all the other feedback, total scam!

1) My item arrived 39 days after the expected date - gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was Covid times etc.
2) Item arrived used/damaged
3) I've been asking for a refund or replacement on the used/damaged item and keep getting fobbed off that they're waiting for the Warehouse to sort it out.

Trying to find another way to get my money back - if anyone has been successful with this please let everyone else know.

It only gives me the option to give 1 star. I would give -100. Something arrived, not what I ordered at all. Won't give a refund or anything.

Please do not buy from this scam company. They use genuine lego images and set numbers and sell fake unboxed lego which is worthless, then refuse to pay refund postage costs when sent back

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The items they sell are knock offs, even though they use official images (which is completely illegal). I made the order without reading the reviews and cancelled 5 mins after ordering. ‘Customer services’ said that they can’t cancel, even though the item hadn’t even been picked off the shelf. They are a complete con and refuse to put you through to a manager.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT! Buy anything from them, I bought a Lego S.H.E.I.L.D. helicarrier, and what I got was, disappointing (just kidding, it was a disgrace to ANYTHING that bears the name, structure, or popularity of Lego, total nock-off. Everything was wrong, some peices did not fit, there were missing peices as well, and worst of all, the coloring was all wrong, I tried to make the best of it, but it was impossible. I tried to return it and get my money back, but they cept on throwing the dumbest excuses out of the fat-ass mouths attached to their giant inflated heads, I would give this a -5/5 but lucky for those #####'s, that's not an option. Don't believe me? READ MORE REVIEWS!!!

Please do not use this company, they are not to be trusted. If I could give it a minus rating I would. The item I purchased was shoddy and they offered my money back on an email, only for them to say they would not refund any money. The item was a cheap and nasty knock off of Lego. They have been informed and they are pursuing it. It is now in the hands of Barclaycard to sort out. It was suggested by them to put this review on Trustpilot

Payment only by credit card but as soon as payment is done you get no information at all.........
Standard shipment 7 to 10 days......
We wait since one month already because items were shipped just 14 days after placing the order......

This is a scam. The legos they sell are fake. I bought a Monroe Lisa 31197 from them and it arrived and it was completely wrong. The color is wrong. No box packaging. I hope you don't fall for it. This time I learned my lesson!

Do not purchase any items off of this website, they were listed under ToyYay just a couple months ago. If you are so unlucky as to find this website under a search result for any LEGO product, it is too good to be true. Fake products, fake website. The entire thing is a scam.
