Really bad really really bad

One big scam. Free spins won in challenges are one big joke, the website is completely broken, the game is rigged to make money, like every other company from this company, they should remove it from Google, like many countries do where it is completely banned.

Months ago, my brother started staying in one of my rooms after he lost his job. I was planning to buy a new computer anyway, so I gave him my old laptop. I bought a desktop computer for myself.
Since we both enjoy playing Gametwist, he created a Gametwist account called Klavyencom. While I was at work, he logged in from my computer and collected Twist Points every two hours. Since my desktop computer is fast, he occasionally played games on it. A few days ago, the Klavyencom account, which had accumulated 160 billion Twist Points, was banned. When he asked why, he was told that only one account is permitted per person.
If they examined the logs from the last few weeks, they would see that two different accounts with two different MAC addresses were playing games at the same time. Instead of doing that, however, they banned my brother's account.
Their job is to deceive people into parting with their money (using subliminal messages). Stay away from this site!

September 30 this year Gametwist lost 44 billion twists from my account. I wrote telling them this happenened and they told me it was gambled away and case closed. I wrote again, they never replied. I built it back up and it has happened again this time 39 billion is missing. It is not right and I am furious that the support at gametwist does not listen or check THEIR mistakeOn Sep 30 I had 65billion I played 2 games at the same time and I deposited 10billion into each game leaving a balance of 45billion. When I finished the challenge and left the games, my balance only came back at 25 billion (10billion from each of the games plus the challenge winnings) The 45billion I had left vanished. I wrote to them and told them and eventually they came back to me and said that I had gambled it all away. NOT TRUE

On Oct 20 after I had managed to get my twist account back to 39billion I played 2 games again but only put 2 billion into each one. This time I have been left 6.5billion. That is 2billion from each game plus the challenge winnings. The money that should have been left in my account has gone AGAIN

Gametwist has robbed me of 80billion. I was going to just let the first one pass, but I was very careful after that, just in case I had done something wrong, but as it turns out the FAULT IS THEIRS and I am not going to stop questioning this until it is put right.

If it can't be sorted out by them I would like to know where I go next to complain

A great waste of time. If you buy points once, you don't even earn to make you always buy. It is no longer a pleasure to play. My advice is to avoid this site.
