Code took 8 hours to arrive in email.
UPDATE (original review below): I did in fact not receive the email as was mentioned in their reply to this review below, but we came in contact after all and my payment was refunded. Updated my rating to 3 stars. They're explanation was that Paypal blocked the payment on suspicion of fraud, but it eventually cleared. Together with the fact that their supposed response to my email requesting for a refund didn't arrive in my inbox, it made the whole thing a pretty lousy experience.
Original review:
Purchased a Sims 4 DLC pack for my daughter. After paying with Paypal, the redirect back to the store page apparently failed and I was returned to the main page. It did not go to an expected "payment succesful" page, and I did not receive the code in my email.
With the paypal payment still in "pending" status, I figured it was not being processed by the site, and since it was Sunday, there was no way to come into contact with the store. With my daughter eagerly waiting to play the pack, I took my business elsewhere (where I received the code instantly, thank you very much).
I immediately sent an email asking for my order to be canceled. 8 Hours later, I suddenly got the code in my email, but since I already bought it elsewhere, I have no use for it. I was hoping that perhaps they could still cancel the order, as I haven't redeemed the code yet, but it's now the end of Monday and still no reply by the store.
1 star, lousy service, you shouldn't have to wait 8 hours to receive a download code. I will not shop here again.
