Just bought Battlefield V. Everything went fine :)

Got CoD MW and had severe performance issues, unplayable. Emailed customer support twice and spoke to Craig. He was incredibly patient and once we established it was an issue with my laptop he continued to suggest solutions.

Eventually I repasted and cleaned out my fans and everything is working smoothly.

Buying the game was quick and activation was intuitive
Customer support was helpful attentive, persistent and quick.

Okay, so i just bought Cod:Modern Warfare.
"Key" was ready instantly after payment was successful.
All i had to do was to confirm my email, and then login to my battle.net
through gamesplanet and then my game was ready to get installed.

Gameplanet has a very interesting way of giving you games on blizzard. Instead of giving you a key they ask for a connection to your account to do it which was a little bit sketchy at first...But rest assured these guys are legit and official (1st time I've ever used them) so in my opinion I'd say trust them :)

Just pre-ordered Modern Warfare with PayPal and was able to link my battle.net account and activate it directly to there, very happy as this was my first time and there was no fuss.

I had a problem with my account after I purchased a game and I contacted support, I got it fixed in less than 3 minutes , very recomendable .Will buy again , great prices too.

I bought a GTA V KEY from them. At first it was invalid, than i sent them an email to see whats the issue with that key. The reply was simple. Try to use the key with the Rockstar Launcher. It seems there s been some issues with the browser so by using the Launcher your key will work perfectly FINE !!

I just bought Destiny 2: Forsaken here. It had the cheapest price I could find and it had tons of payment options. I used PayPal. When I received the code there was an auto-redeem button, which immediately forwarded me to the activation page. All in all really easy and fast!

Bought multiple games so far, and always had a great experience. No hassle, no hidden fees, and some of the sales are really good. Well organised account is a positive in my book as well.

I bought a key, got the email saying that it's being reviewed and I could contact them to speed up the process. Now, I thought I'd have to send them proofs like paypal transaction and "blah blah" which would take a while but no . Just the order number and it was really fast. ( It's Saturday at 9:30am in UK) I get a response 7 minutes after I sent an email saying that I was willing to send them everything they needed to speed the process up. Not only their prices are amazing, their Support is actually human, useful and really fast. First time I ever get a key from them, and I'm sure that it won't be the last. I recommend everyone using their services if your favorite website doesn't have the key you want in stock, or you are just trying to find a new one with better prices.
