Rather NO! The only NO is what to recommend!

Shi-tty eshop offering brand new games although actually it is preowned. I made two orders in 2010 with Tomb RAider 4+5 and THPS4 for Ps1. They stated these games are in "new" condition but when i got that stuff almost two months later it came in cracked jewel cases and Cds were markably scratched. I was so angry, An Awfull experience indeed.

I paid for FAR CRY 5, but I did not get it. did not return the money. Liar company

I pre-ordered Anthem back in September, only to find they have gone into liquidation and took my money with them. This has put me off pre-orders forever!

I ordered a game in April, was due out today, 29/5/18. Seems my Grandson won't be getting his game, hope I can get my money back. Gameseek you knew you were going out of business probably a while ago, still, you took our orders and money. Shame on you.

Placed an order on 17.04.18 for £23.98p. I've only just found out ( when order didn't arrive) that they've gone bust!
How do I get my money back??

Bought item from them recently, I was sent the wrong item and was in contact, returned item and promised full refund but haven’t heard a word since, not looking good at the moment in getting my money back

I have waiting for last order over a month never again here ...

Gone into liquidation. Hopefully will be able to get money back from Paypal!

Ordered an in stock item (PCI serial card) which never showed up. This morning I received a letter informing me that the company went into voluntary liquidation 4th May, one week after taking my order. Can't help thinking that they knew the end was nigh when they took my money. There's small comfort in knowing that Stephen Sealey was the sole director so there are no innocent shareholders losing out, just us poor hard working mugs.

Placed an order on 30th April, recieved nothing since apart from a letter from a law firm stating the company is being placed into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation!

never ever again :-( - no contact, no answer no matter the chanel, at time of order there were plenty of the item at stock, 2 h later it was out of stock, no Messages but some Advertising mails..

Oh I forgot to mention - the Money was taken immediately!!

Steve Staley is many things a conman is the most friendly way of putting it. I ordered a game from "gameseek" from their eBay store and according to Mr Staley it was dispatched. Since then he has shut down the website ceased posting on social media and switched off the phones at his office. And I still didn't get the game I paid for.

I'm waiting for him or his wife to post some kind of bizarre reason (I have money on a shark with lasers on its head attacking his Cheshire home) for their utter disregard for their customers.

Either that or he will silently set up another company run it for a time and then rinse another load of unfortunate customers.

Another person that pre-ordered a game in March and wondered where the game was a week after release date. Of course - they took my money and I have not had a refund :(
Looking at all the reviews here, it looks like this company has gone down the toilet. The website not working for several days I think is the nail in the coffin.
The reviews have been bad since Mid-January. I wish I had looked before ordering.

Something happened with gameseek online shop. It's still "under under maintenance" even after 5 days. Made a order at Apr. 24., still didn't received one. Tried to contact them via Twitter of Facebook....NOTHING

Ordered a game for a birthday present. Not received the order, contacted them by email, telephone and no reply. Disgusting way to treat people! Took the money but no order received. Contacting trading standards asap. Buyer beware!!! Oh and now the website is not available 😤

Only 2 issues in 4 years. I like GameSeek. When you think how many pre-orders they have to post to have 2 turn up a day late isn't to bad over the years. I can recommend these. Sorry guys but I must just one of the lucky ones. The only thing I don't like is the website layout has changed and ,much preferred the old web site.
