Now a 5 star. Didn’t get the game I wanted but the issue was resolved swiftly and refund was back in my PayPal account in full.

replied to the verification email and also emailed their customer services with no response as of yet.

Apparently there is 'no living person' on their chat and I cannot submit a ticket.

I will change my review based on how long it takes to get a response from them on this, so far we are at about 3 hours.

for a digital code and almost instant payment this is a very slow service so far.

In this situation the little saving I would have made has not made up for my spare time wasted compared to paying full price and buying it direct from the developers.

Ended up requesting a refund due to the time it took.

Changed rating to 5 star as I did end up buying the game direct but the refund was sorted without hesitation from these guys.

I have purchased keys before and they did arrive but the time frame on this was several hours. A little advisory before purchase about the time frame should be clearly visible.

Apart from the timeframe on delivery these guys have always delivered the keys I had paid for and sorted the refund for me on this occasion. I will be a returning customer but maybe take the time frame into consideration next time.

A few days ago I ordered a code for Fifa 20 on the xbox. This morning when I checked my emails (spam inbox) the code was there and it works.
This site was also cheaper than any others by a good few £

Product arrived faster than it was promised. Amazingly cheap price and only issue was that my email choose to put my order to spam folder so i had to wonder for quite a long time where my code was till i checked emails spam folder.

Bought a code for £70 only to receive an email an hour later saying it's out of stock and do I want a refund. Are they just collecting peoples card details?

Order #195101173214. Paid for a key only to find that they had a 'security issue' and couldn't send the key. Still yet to be refunded. Probably a scam. Will definitely swerve in the future.

A bit of a faff when a customer safety check delayed code by about an hour, but It worked when it arrived.
