Great products and services

The products are great! I just wish you guys were clearer about your preorder release dates. I’ve been waiting forever for my Chacha merch

You guys always provide me with a great experience, whether it’s buying Waifu cups, buying V cards or the binders for them, along with all of the promo cards that I have gotten so far with every cup I’ve purchased, not to mention your guys Customer Support is amazing. You guys always give me great updates on when my orders are going to be delivered, your guys is delivery service is perfect, and I am super grateful to be able to buy merchandise from you guys. :)

I love just about everything so far. Unfortunately the creator cup I was extremely excited to have has now started separating making a horrible looking air pocket between the art and cup.

Everything is good it just the release dates of every product is too consistent it would be more beneficial to you guys to slow down DRASTICALLY it gets quite ridiculous when I purchase a group of things and 5 seconds later another group of things appear and again and again and again for the love of God slow down

The drinks are pretty good. I really like the quality of the merch though. They take a while to ship but the quality makes it worth it in my opinion. If you only order the powder, it usually ships quickly.

Very responsive support shipping is always fast and reliable

This is a brand I have grown to trust and not have to worry about checking in on if they say a preorder will be out x month is always is and if it's not for any reason they tell you ahead of time via email before you get the chance to worry

By far the best I just hope they come to more cons (come back to tekko in Pittsburgh please!!!)

Fast delivery, great high quality product. Been a customer for years and it keeps getting better

I quite like the product, both the caffeine-free and GG-Energy powders have great flavors offered. They prioritize a better blend of artificial sweetener and unless the mixture has changed, part of it is erythritol which has a good sweetness without an awful aftertaste. The actual energy formula gives me about as much benefit as any other and maybe a little less depending on the brand you compare them to, but that part's not revolutionary, because you really can't beat the price, that's where they rise above other options. I recommend the flavors of Schlatt Milk, JFJ Brand Snake Oil, and Cursed Energy.

Really good just the shipping takes a while and it’s a bit confusing trying to make sure that’s it’s getting sent to the correct location.

I genuinely love the products, and the flavors of them, especially the caffeine free since I try to limit my caffeine intake. But using UNI UNI as a delivery provider feels bad, sometimes my order will say "out for delivery" for 2-4 days.

A great company that takes care of not only the creators and artists that work for them but the customers who support them. Great flavors, unique offerings, and a willingness to go outside the box to appeal to people of all types. Been doing business with them for years and plan to continue for many more.

The product itself is amazing the shaker cups unironically are the best shaker cups I ever used especially when they moved to V2 with the honeycomb design! For those who worry about prices especially if they want to get more than just the Supps themselves they are always running deals this Christmas in July is amazing but throughout the year free shakers with a purchase of tub and it doesn’t feel like a cheaper version of their mainline products! I personally as someone with adhd recommend this to other with similar conditions these worked so much better than energy drinks and my friends in college and workplace all agree this is so much better and feels better than energy drinks. And of course I love how they support many of my favorite YouTubers! TLDR product is better than energy drinks, other merch and shakers are awesome, the sales and deals are always great, and love how they support content creators

Consistent product, amazing selection and amazing flavors. Shipping times have come down substantially which was always my biggest complaint. Keep at it.
