Game insight is a great company. If you have a problem with the game they stay with you till it’s solved even if takes tens of emails back and forth. It’s currently my most favorite game company.
I’ve spent several hundred euros on Airport City, a game I used to enjoy. But for the past 6 months, it has been completely unplayable, crashing within 30 seconds every time.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the only response from support was “we’re working on it.” No fix, no compensation. When I finally asked for a refund, they refused and even threatened to block me from their support service if I contacted them again.
Bottom line: money lost, game broken, and support is disgraceful. Avoid this game and Game Insight at all costs.
A cheater found a way to win the competition by taking the daily bonus 10+ times at least 4 days of 11. The so-called support at this horrible site was informed at least THREE times, and still let the cheater win. Unacceptable that a small player is allowed to do this, while their "support" does not care about the other 99 players on the list ...
I sure hope the cheater (who never played the game really, just stole bonuses and has a very small presence that does not allow for the amount of points he gathered) spends a lot of cash in there - since I'm done, and I was foolish enough to spend cash there !
