Awful experience with Gamecard. I bought last of us II but the game locked and I can’t play anymore. I’ve contacted the support service on the website but no answer since 2 weeks.

The download went through, but I ordered/payed for the the cross gen version which comes with bonus items. I received the download for the standard version. So, now I will need to repurchase once I can finally upgrade to a PS5. If I wanted the standard version, I would have bought that else where on disc for cheaper. I raised this point as soon as my download was completed. And was told “No refunds on digital goods”. Even thought it wasn’t what I ordered and payed for. The game itself keeps kicking me off, due to the rights being for a dummy account they set you up with being buggy.
Overall, very disappointing. I will not be using them again and won’t recommend anyone else to use their service.
