I had an incredible experience with Galactic Saber Store and wanted to share it.

I own one of their high-end lightsabers that was given to me as a gift in early January. Recently, one of my special-needs clients at my office accidentally unscrewed part of it and broke a component. Since it was unclearly user error, I fully expected that I would simply need to purchase a replacement.

Instead, the team at Galactic Saber Store went above and beyond. They took the time to correspond with me back and forth, asked questions, and even had me send a video to make sure they identified the exact part I needed. Their responses were quick, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.

Then the real surprise came: even though the item was well beyond the warranty period, they told me they were sending the replacement part free of charge. The only thing they asked was that I leave them an honest review.

Customer service like this is incredibly rare these days. Not only do they make beautiful, high-quality sabers, but they clearly stand behind their customers and care about getting things right.

I purchased a XenoPixel Obi-Wan Mk2 lightsaber and even received a free RGB Baselit Mystery Saber on top (thank you very much for that). I was most impressed by the craftsmanship and both sabers. All parts fit together seamlessly, feel pleasantly heavy and robust, and have a flawless surface finish.

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but given the result, that was quickly forgotten. Both lightsabers are worth the price and the wait. (The Mystery Saber would also be absolutely worth the money if I hadn't gotten it for free.)

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I love the product, beautifully handcrafted metallic, durable light sabers they are amazing for any collector enthusiast or Star Wars fan.

I can highly recommend the custom lightsabers. It takes some patience and time but the result is an amazing unique item. I am totally happy.

I would like to start with the positive aspects. The Baylan Skoll lightsaber features high-quality, precise craftsmanship. The box contains not only the lightsaber itself, its charger, and an Allen key, but also a display stand, which is a significant bonus. The promotion is indeed genuine: above a certain purchase amount, you also receive a mystery box.

The lightsaber included in the mystery box is RGB. I received a single-color hilt (with blade), but it also came with decals and faux leather, allowing for personal customization. This is another major plus. As for the sabers and the advertised features, I found nothing to complain about—except perhaps that the red color is slightly weaker compared to the others.

Now for the negatives. The shipping was extremely slow, poorly trackable, and rather cumbersome. Moreover, the packaging was damaged, which in a worse scenario could have resulted in damage to the product itself. In my opinion, this is less acceptable for such an expensive item.

Overall, I would rate it 5/5, but due to the shipping issues, I have deducted one star.

I am satisfied with package contents, inside the box you can find USB-c cables,extra screws, extra rubber rings for the Maul Saber, a display stand. I got a RGB mystery saber beside the Maul's one, which is very nice. It has a decent quality and outlook. The Maul sword itself is amazing, it's very big (that's what she said:) My only concern that some decoration element are wobbly on the tilt, which is not acceptable at this price. The delivery was slow, very slow, but the customer service replied my email on the weekend, when I asked information about my package, therefore I give 4 star, instead of 3.

Great product but the packaging was very loose, the second hand was bent and then entire fitting of hands/battery to the clock itself was also loose. Ideally better packaging.

The look of the saber is great. Although the core wasnt working at delivery, I immediately received support/trouble shooting from the shop owner, and received an replacement core. Everything works fine now and i can only recommend to buy from him.

The sabor is borken still with the 30 day i was u can not return it.

The lightsaber froze and quit working. They refused to return it or warrant yet. Do not do business with this company
