Terrible Service
Terrible Service: I bought a Bulthaup kitchen that came with a Gaggenau cooktop. However, the cooktop did not work. The customer service department is basically non existent. They tried to fix it and it failed. Then they requested a video of the remaining issue. I did send it over and now they are for weeks "analyzing" the video. Stay away from Gaggenau! Go for Miele, Siemens, what ever!
