So after your investigation, there’s back to the first place again. The GAELE XL have no details but still back to the robot customers service. I think it’s really very difficult or impossible for you GAELE XL to tell how you really charge the client.

Unfair and uncorrect brokerage, where the only aim of Gaele is to win money on your back through high commissions with the chosen supplier. These cowboys now have a new way of getting the money out of your pockets, with their Gaele XL "service".

Gaele has switched my energy contract without my consent (and without me granting them the legal right to) via an IT issue they claim to have corrected in May. Months later I find out I owe my old supplied a "closing fee" and my new supplier two months of energy bills while NEVER receiving a confirmation from either Gaele or the new supplier (no SMS, no e-mail notifications), NO CONTRACT confirmation or proof of an executed transfer and no billing system to any of my registered e-mails. Unbelievable that this can be allowed to happen.
The case is now with the ombudsman, but this whole exercise has cost me hundreds of Euros for no benefit whatsoever. Highly recommend to stay away!
