Saw apple EarPods advertised as refurbished item on there site when I received them they are fake nothing about them is original or being refurbished. Same kind of copies are being sold for less than £10. They charge me £66 say that they are Apple brand company is a con in my opinion. Stay well clear everything itself is very in China.

Bought Airpods Pro 2nd generation and have just had them checked by Apple and they are not genuine! Attempting to sort it out via their only contact channel through email with no luck so far. May have to go through bank
Reply - Apple have confirmed they are not genuine as evidenced by the firmware number, the user interface on the iphone being completely different and the obvious quality issues. Taken into an Apple store and verified. They are fake. ActionFraud UK report has been filed accompanied by a confirmation report from Apple verifying their assessment of them.

Great item wrong lead?

I had to get another lead between Christmas and new year which was an additional cost and trip to the shops , I have emailed about this on the 29th and await a reply.

Item does not appear to be legit. Paid extra for apple iPod accessories too which also were not apple or genuine either. Company make some excuse that casing is changed for hygiene reasons but nothing about the item shows these are genuine at all!

Bought some AirPod pro 1 from this seller and did some digging as once opened the package didn't seem right.
No serial numbers on charging case or earbuds.
No made in California on back of charging case.
noise cancelation doesn't seem to do anything to the sound
Stickers and branding inside the box was nowhere to be seen.
